DAY 1st

Yogyakarta sunrise to sunset tours. After that, we straight go to Dieng Plateau and reach there around 1 PM and continue exploring Dieng Plateau. You will spend overnight at Dieng Plateau that allready close to Sikunir Sunrise.

DAY 3rd

Sunrise Sikunir that started at 4 AM until 6.30 AM. From Dieng sunrise tour we continue to visit Sikidang Crater, Color Lake, and Arjuna Temple Complex. After lunch time we start to go to Borobudur temple and be there until sunset. You will be spend a night at hotel in Yogyakarta.

DAY 4th

After visiting Sultan Palace at 9.30 AM we will driving from Yogyakarta to Mount.Bromo, and will arrive (check in) at Mount.Bromo around 9 PM and spend over night.

DAY 5th

Mount.Bromo sunrise started at 3 AM with hire Bromo adventure jeep and finished around 8.30 AM. After breakfast, shower, relax, then we continue driving to Ijen Crater. We will arrive at around crater at 3 PM. Here, we stay over night to prepare climbing tommorow to see blue fire crater that start at 2.30 AM.

DAY 6th

Starting to climb peak of Ijen Crater at 1 AM with guiding by local guide to reach the Ijen Crater seeing amazing and spectaculer Ijen Crater . You will finished around 8 AM. Back to hotel for cleaning, shower, breakfast, and check out around 12 noon. We will go to hotel nearby Surabaya Airport and reach there around 7 PM. Finished all sunrise tour.

DAY 7th

Check in departure flight at Surabaya Airport in early morning. ADIOS AMIGO ! Have a nice memory with Java sunrise tour with us.

Borobudur sunrise. Looking at the borobudur sunrise with a foreground Borobudur temple photo, was an interesting experience in Borobudur Tour. Choice of location to see the sun rise beyond the Borobudur temple remains an amazing sight. Our location that we mentioned is in Setumbu Hill (Punthuk Setumbu), 2 km west of the Borobudur temple. We named it : Borobudur Golden Sunrise Tours.

Punthuk Setumbu is the name of a hill in the west of the temple of Borobudur with a height of about 400 m ASL. Sunrise view from this hill is very beautiful with the foreground and the emergence of Borobudur temple at sunrise or between mountain peaks Merbabu and mount Merapi.

Punthuk Setumbu sunrise. Very fantastic sunrise scenery started with hill climb Punthuk Setumbu hill about 20 minutes, so the ideal time to arrive in the Punthuk Setumbu is 04:15 AM or 04:20 AM. Climbing on a small footpath , the left and right are ricefields and bamboo farmers. See sunrise from Punthuk Setumbu even in rainy season (that possibility to see sunrise only less than 5%)  is really cheaper and then you enjoy the borobudur temple started at regular time 6 AM. It can be in other words : better to choose see borobudur sunrise from Setumbu Hill when rainy season in Java than you see borobudur sunrise on borobudur temple with more high cost but less possibility. TRY IT !

Sikunir sunrise tour. I suggestion that after you finished tour at Yogyakarta arround 2 PM, then you directly go to Dieng (arround 3.5 - 4 hours from Yogyakarta). After you spend a cold night there, we start at 3.45 AM to Sikunir Sunrise at Sembungan Village, Dieng Plateau by car. From last parking car then you will walk arround 30 minutes to reach the top of Sikunir. You will be guided by local guide to show you the way to the top Sikunir. After you saw the sikunir sunrise then we see third major tourism destination : Sikidang Crater, Color Lake - also Batu Pandang, and Arjuna temple complex.

In Dieng Plateau there is culinary products namely : CARICA. Karika or mountain papaya (written often : Carica), Vasconcellea cundinamarcensis, syn. Carica pubescens [1], Carica quercifolia, Carica goudotiana [2] [3], and Cariaca candamarcensis [2] [3]) is a relative of the papaya liked plateau state wet, 1500-3000 m above sea level. This plant in Wonosobo district called Carica, and in Bali this plant called Gedang Memedi [3]. Region of origin is the high Andes, South America.    >> by Wikipedia

Mountain papaya ( "carica" ) was introduced to Indonesia on the eve of World War II by the Dutch colonial government, and successfully developed in the Dieng Plateau. Now "Carica" became one of the unique souvenirs from the area. This fruit can be used as syrup, juice, sweets, and jams.
